Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only within 7 days from delivery date.
Precious Mag Bagz magazine purses must be returned carefully packed the same way it was package upon delivery.
Magazine purses that are on Sale, Special or Custom Orders are FINAL SALE items.
We inspect ALL Returns/Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse based on the return condition of the magazine purse. Purses that do not meet our criteria are subject to denial or store credit.
Please email regarding any returns or exchanges prior to shipping for an approval # before shipping. Make sure you clearly indicate the Approval # on the return shipping label. This will identify your return and expedite the processing of your store credit or exchange. When returning "Precious Mag Bagz Magazine Purses" we recommend using a shipping carrier such as USPS, UPS or Fed Ex along with a tracking number, as well as insurance.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit to us. Once your return package is received please allow 3-5 business days for our return/exchange processing to be processed. You will then be issued a store credit or exchange for the price of the magazine purse and any applicable taxes. We DO NOT refund shipping charges.
At this time we are delivering in Detroit and the Metro Detroit area. Also we're Only shipping in Michigan. Orders are shipped USPS regular mail by weight and Flat Rate Priority Mail ($17.95) Large Box. The larger magazine purses can not be mailed in the large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box.
